As part of the ever changing online world, we are delighted to have been involved in providing a fully online platform for receiving offers. This system has been trialled by us for 12 months, and the feedback from sellers and buyers is phenomenal.

HOW IT WORKS...

When a property has enough interest, your agent will advise you to activate a Market Buy page
They will set it all up for you and add you as the vendor so you can securely login and see what's happening
Interested buyers submit their offers, pushing the price higher and higher
You get an email every time a new offer is placed and you can login at any time (from your phone, tablet or desktop) to watch the offers come through in real time
Once the sale is over, everyone is notified by email of the outcome and you've sold your property for the best price possible!

BUYERS

When you're looking to buy a house or property, you get caught in this game of submitting offers and being told there's 10 other people interested and you better go higher to even have a chance. But you never really know if what you're being told is a sales tactic or if you have in fact chosen the most popular house in the country!

Market Buy adds a layer of transparency to the process:

Only people legitimately interested in a property will be given a secure login
Each potential buyer has to pay a deposit of $1,000 (refundable at the end if they don't have the selected offer), so you know anyone submitting offers is as serious as you are
