During Stage 4 Lockdown Restrictions, Real Estate Agents are still Open for Business.

How we operate has changed, with the majority of business conducted online.

The future of Real Estate and buying/selling/renting will no doubt be very different to how it has been.

We  are still able to provide a full service with appraisals, listings, and viewings, however it is now even more important than ever, for the Real Estate Agent to work with their clients in a collaborative and informative way.

At McNeill Real Estate, we are providing online appraisals, using many of the online facilities available, eg messenger, facetime, google hangouts, vimeo, zoom and others.

Now is the time to Get your Home Ready for a Mid Spring launch.

We are speaking to many buyers, who are searching for their next home.  They tell us that they are currently shortlisting homes to inspect.  We are making appointments for one/one inspections commencing the week of 26 October, 2020 at all our properties for sale.
